" Had a fabulous experience today.I had taken my car for an oil change a month ago .I had left my key in the cup holder and somehow it had disappeared. I contacted the General manager Joe Ingram as I was upset about my missing Key.Joe was amazing his courtesy and customer service over the phone was Impeccable .He made me feel so relaxed .(coz I was told by other employees at Nissan that I was responsible for my missing key).
This entire fabulous experience today brought back all my Trust with the new ownership and their fantastic service .Thank you Joe for all your help.I truly appreciate it. "

" I recently came in to dealership after ownership change to have an oil change because I totally forgot about my 5 month oil change. Oops!!! Thankfully a lady called me to remind me about my oil change voucher haha of course I made an appointment, can't beat the price! Anyways once I arrived I was greeted by a friendly lady I think her name was Diane or Deena I don't remember her name but she offered me coffee and water. She showed where to check in and an advisor named Marlen attended me. He was kind and didn't give me a cold shoulder like advisor have done in the pass.While I waited for my car to be done I ended back with the lady that helped when I arrived. She and another lady name Val made conversation with me which totally helped my time go by fast. Once my car was done the ladies notified me right away. It felt like I was there for 10 minutes. Overall the staff was friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back from now on and will recommend all my friends who have a Nissan to go here. "

" Got stung twice with the Service Dept. I have made 2 different appointment for service as both times the parts I needed were not there. Last Saturday, after making the appointment over 2 weeks in advance and calling the day before to confirm the part was in, I was reassured it was. I brought my car in the next day and dropped it off. Couple of hours later I got a call saying my car was ready for pickup but the part was not it! I was told they only had 3 and even though I brought my car in about 745am, apparently 3 other cars came in before me and got those parts.
After I hung up and calmed down, I called back for the service manger and was transferred to his office but he was not in! You mean he does not have calls forwarded to his cell! Then when I picked up my car, there were 6 others in front of me and 1 person around, that I could see. Another guy came in and I asked him to get the service manager for me. I guess he went to get him but told me he was not in his office but left him a text that a customer was unhappy. Finally my turn, but still now manager. I left with my car thinking its a shame this business if such poorly run. I am writing this Sunday, the day after and you would think by now someone would have called me. But sadly, NO.
I saw the review a few weeks ago re poor service as well and that the sales dept is being upgrades but still have the same service dept as before. That being the case, this dealership is in deep trouble.
I am sad to see this type of poor service in my hometown. I wish them well and hope owner reads this. I would certainly want to know and I own my own business. You have to keep on top of this stuff. "
