CN-AHEC works to recruit health care workers to rural Nebraska communities through rural clinical rotations of collegiate health care students. Currently, we work with UNMC's family medicine department to help assist medical students with their rural rotations in our region.
We promote, design, and develop continuing education opportunities for health care professionals. We work with various agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor, and Medical Schools to promote a variety of Continuing Education opportunities for Physicians, Physicians Assistants, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other health care professionals.
