" I'm glad that the airport looks decent once again. I give a thumbs up to the employees, who are committed to making the property a beautiful place for both locals and visitors. I know it's not an easy fix but at least they're trying to fix it all. Especially when you think about what the two hurricanes did to the Island. Now they have started to build a two-story parking garage next to the terminal which we needed, and which they say is phase #1 of the remodeling of the airport. Keep up the good work. Construction update - They have started the construction for a 2-3 floor parking garage. They said that it was the first phase of the project to remodel the airport. I think it is a great idea for the people of the Virgin Islands and our visitors as well. That will help on the worse day of the week, Saturday, it's just too many people coming and going through that little airport, it is very active. Especially, as busy as it has been with more added commercial flights coming into the airport daily. But I can't wait to see when it's all done. "

" Very small airport. Food choices are slim to none. Eat before you come! Not nice inside, but if you come here you’re probably going somewhere beautiful! The views from the runway are 5 stars for sure! "

" This is a sorry excuse for an airport. No water fountains and few if any electrical outlets to charge devices to work while you wait 3+ hours because you have to be here early for customers. Really, no water fountains?
Hibiscus Cafe and Bar is your only food option in the terminal. Expect overpriced low quality food with unenthusiastic service. Fountain drink refills, full price. Very rude stuff won't let you get water from their soda dispenser or use any electrical outlets. Why would they care?

" Small airport. The baggage pick up is quick. Several rental car agencies are right within the airport by the baggage pick up. Shared taxis line up upon flight arrivals with a per head rate of $10 - $15 for most places on the island. This means you have to allocate at least an hour from baggage pickup to the Ferry terminal if that is your destination. "

" Very easy airport to go through. Arriving was super quick as was leaving. We left on Saturday around 10 am via Seaborne Airlines and there was no line at customs/TSA security checkpoint. Most of the staff was personable and friendly. Overall very positive experience compared to some other airports. "
