ride with VI Taxi since we were stranded here due to plane problems. The vouchers were good for one ride from STT to our hotel and one back.
The guy that picked us up loaded our luggage and we gave him our vouchers and we’re headed to the airport and he got upset with US because Delta didn’t put a $$ value on the voucher. We told him we weren’t sure about that
but would ask Delta when we got to the airport and he raised his voice at us! For a good five minutes he went on and on with a raised voice at us about how we better get him paid. So very unprofessional. Then when we got to the airport we realized we were locked in the van! We had to wait for him to come around and unlock the door from the outside so we could get out. There are reasons this company has less than three stars, and here is another. We felt very unsafe with this guy. Beware travelers! I recommend Big Love, specifically Zack. He went above and beyond. "

" This service is so poor, it’s not even worth a review. However, I want people to be advised when traveling to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. To say unprofessional is too generous. To call it a taxi service is too kind... more like “Maybe we’ll come, maybe we won’t.” Ordered a roundtrip taxi... IT LEFT. Called back constantly over the following 30 mins just to be told “No cabs, call back in 5 minutes.” They tell you they’re coming and don’t come. No customer service skills, they hang up on you, quote you a price on the phone and overcharge upon arrival/drop off (this happened as well the day before). It’s just appalling. Would rather walk than actually pay for their service... no telling when they’ll show up anyway... sure it’d be quicker. "

" Was easy to arrange for a cab from the airport. The vehicle was big and well air-conditioned. Deducted a star because the driver charged $6 over the $24 published fare. Recommend knowing the published fare beforehand and confirming it with the driver. "
