Big shout out to Gopi who recommended their signature dishes and best seller items which was very accommodating. As a first timer, he made me comfortable in choosing the menu. He went extra mile by explaining the story behind these dishes back in India which was very pleasant experience for me. Apart from his great service, the food was delicious (especially the Brinjal Briyani and Ghee Podi Idly with Peanut and Tomato Chutney) and the coffee from the Buffalo milk was very refreshing when I sip it. Also, it can never go wrong with Rasam. All in all, I was never a fan of vegetarian dishes, however I definitely will be back again. Highly recommended. "

" Very average. Nothing great with so many options, the basic ones didn’t taste good.
The dosa/idli batter was lil sour, chutneys were cold and not fresh! The gun powder was the only thing which was good to me.
Otherwise it was very ok ok experience. "

A pro-tip I can offer to be ready to break your fixed notions of how South Indian food should taste like. You may find the food lacking in salt a bit but that's par for the course, healthy eating. You may also find the spice levels are middling at best; once again, that's better for your body.
I've eaten here a few times now. I’ve tried various dosas, idlis, puliohara, and even pani puri. While I was ok with the low salt levels, the people I went there with were unsatisfied. Nevertheless, I can only say that whenever I ate here, my digestion was excellent, and I never had heartburns or bowel discomfort or anything of the sort. So, there is something tangible to their claim in my opinion.
There is also a grocery shop and a sweets and snacks shop accompanying their restaurant business. "
